The way I see Communication is a way of basically sharing information with a certain understanding. Not only do we as people communicate but, animal also have their way of communicating. During the act of communication there is a lot going on, you have the person that is speaking, and you also have a listener who is observing and evaluating to prepare a response. Communication does not necessarily mean talking it could also be done by making sounds, doing facial expressions and sign language. Sometimes we are communicating and do not even realize it only because of the simple fact that some people do not know all the ways of communication. Communication is something that is very important in every aspect of life, without it the world would not be what it is today. Only because we would not be able to share thoughts, ideas, and feelings, the world would be stuck on a lower level of action and technology. That last thought helped me remember that there are other communication types that include all of the technological devices we often use such as phones and computers, which are networks that are growing and expanding in knowledge every day.
I realized that communication does play an important role in today's society and also in our lives. What you have said, does make good sense because without good communication the world would be lost. Good!!
ReplyDeleteThere are different ways of communicating and you named some very good ones especially sign language because not everyone can speak verbally and therefore no one will be left out communicating which is and every day necessity.
